Why do you choose Aviation?
I choose Aviation because I love being in the skies. I love these massive mechanical birds that are somehow able to take flight. I love engaging with the private aviation clientele and providing a high quality customer service and hospitality experience. I really enjoy being in different places all of the time, and I thrive off of having a schedule that is constantly changing.
Years of experience?
2
Relevant experience:
I have over ten years of experience working in customer service and hospitality in restaurants and as a mixologist/bartender. I have also been working as an event manager for several years, which involves being very attentive to details, thinking many steps ahead to ensure logistics are planned out flawlessly, being flexible, and having thorough communication. I've worked for two years as a corporate flight attendant, both as a contract flight attendant and for a charter company.
Fun fact about yourself:
I've lived in seven different countries and have traveled to over 60!
Favorite boarding snack/welcome buffet to prepare:
I like to offer bite sized dishes for the boarding snack // welcome buffet, and while it's pretty easy to put together a mini parfait, some well-presented fruit, or a simple crudite option, if I have the opportunity to get a little creative, I'll usually choose one of the following three go-to options: 1) a simple yet elegant Caprese plate, 2) Watermelon cubes with the middle scooped out and filled with crumbled feta cheese, drizzled honey, and a bit of mint sprinkled on top, or 3) Sliced and toasted baguette, drizzled with olive oil, topped with a slice of Brie cheese (warmed up), with a thin slice of honey crisp apple placed on top, sprinkled with candied pecans, and drizzled with honey.
