I choose Aviation because it's more than just a career to me, it's a way of life. I hold a special place for it in my heart and always have. I've grown up with many Aviation professionals in my family and it has always been a dream of mine to follow in their footsteps.

I absolutely love making festive charcuterie boards with a variety of delicious meats & cheese's accompanied with fresh rosemary baguettes and drizzled sunflower, honey on top.
